According to court documents 911 operators received a phone call that an infant was not breathing. Ambulance attendants would rush the infant to the hospital however the three week old would die days later. When doctors performed the autopsy they learned that the child died from “complications of blunt force injury to head, trunk and extremities with skeletal and brain injuries.”.
