According to police reports Adan Tzoyohua Panzo was involved in an argument with his wife and following the argument would lock his two daughters, aged one and three, inside of a vehicle and then proceeded to set the vehicle on fire
When firefighters arrived at the Preston Georgia home they would put out the vehicle fire and make the horrific discovery inside of the vehicle

A man has been arrested in connection to the death of his daughters in Webster County.
On Saturday, March 30, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) arrested Adan Tzoyohua Panzo, 36, of Preston. He has been charged with felony murder, malice murder, and arson, according to the GBI.
Webster County officials initially responded to reports of a vehicle on fire at a home on Millard Kennedy Road in Preston.
“My guys were told on the way to the call that there was two children in the car. They got on scene, pulled lines, and extinguished the fire,” Cody Brown, Webster County Fire Chief, said.
The Webster County Sheriff’s Office then asked the GBI to investigate the deaths of Panzo’s 1-year-old and 3-year-old daughters.
Further investigation led to the arrest of Panzo after allegations that he set the vehicle on fire during a domestic dispute with his wife, the GBI said in a statement.
We’re still working to find out who called the fire in, but by the time the fire crew arrived, it was too late to save the children.
“It’s really sad to hear that a one year old and a three year old lost their life,” a resident in the community, said. “They’re not even out in the world just yet. They’re not even able to understand or comprehend what was going on. I couldn’t imagine what they were feeling during that situation.”
Panzo is currently at the Webster County Jail.
In this small town just a few miles west of Plains, streets were quiet but families were together in churches and in homes. Everyone seemed to know about the horrific incident that happened Saturday night.
“I don’t know how fast the fire took off or if they suffered or if they wasn’t suffering… I don’t know it’s just really sad to hear about. If that was my mother that would break her,” a resident in the community, said.
After speaking with some people who live here in Webster County they say this is a small close knit community where you don’t hear news like this often. Especially Easter weekend.
GBI agents, the State Fire Marshal’s Office, and the Webster County Sheriff’s Office are still investigating.
