According to police reports an altercation broke out at a private event in Sanford Florida when Christopher Bouie Jr alleged pulled out a gun and began firing. When the gunfire stopped ten people had suffered injuries including Houston Texan player Tank Dell
Thankfully all of the injuries suffered in the Sanford shooting are considered to be non life threatening
Police would arrest sixteen year old Christopher Bouie Jr who has been charged with attempted homicide, firing a weapon in a public place, using a firearm during a felony, and illegal possession of a firearm by a minor.

A fight at a Sanford party venue led to a shooting that left 10 wounded on Sunday.
Witnesses said that when a fistfight broke out, someone who wasn’t involved in the fight drew a handgun and began firing toward the crowd.
According to an arrest report from the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office, a security guard quickly tackled and disarmed the shooter. A second guard handcuffed him until deputies arrived.
Deputies recovered a 9mm handgun and shell casings that matched the bullets in the gun’s magazine.
10 people were treated at a local hospital for gunshot wounds. None suffered life-threatening injuries.
The shooter, 16-year-old Christopher Bouie Jr., was arrested and booked into a juvenile detention center.
He was charged with attempted homicide, firing a weapon in a public place, using a firearm during a felony, and illegal possession of a firearm by a minor.
The shooting happened during a crowded, late-night event at Cabana Live in Sanford.
Cabana Live said in a post on Facebook that it was hosting a private event when the incident occurred and that all of its employees were safe.
