Calese Crowder Sex Offender Caught On TikTok

Calese Crowder

Calese Crowder is a convicted sex offender from California who has been arrested yet again for sniffing women at a book store and this time it was caught on tape and uploaded to the popular social media site TikTok

According to police reports two women caught Calese Crowder crawling around a local Barnes and Nobles in Burbank California where he would stalk and sniff female customers. Two customers would catch him in the act and the videos would be uploaded to TikTok

Calese Crowder has been arrested over fifty times since 2005 and has received nothing more than a slap on the wrist for the majority of the cases including last Friday when he was caught peeking into a family home at their young children. He would be released after two days in custody.

Calese Crowder was also arrested earlier this year for failing to register as a sex offender but somehow the charges were dropped due to lack of evidence. Not sure I get this as either he registered or failed to register it seems pretty black and white to me

Calese Crowder Other News

Following yet another arrest for Barnes & Noble “sniffer” and career sex predator Calese Crowder, one of his victims is demanding that Los Angeles authorities take the perverted prowler more seriously.

“I’m relieved that he was arrested again, but I unfortunately don’t have high expectations with him being kept there for long,” said Michaela Witter, one of at least two women who caught Crowder on video sneaking up behind them in the Burbank bookstore.

She was right. He walked out of jail again Friday, with Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascon’s office telling Fox News Digital they did not have enough evidence to prosecute his latest allied crime – failing to register as a sex offender.

After Witter posted about her encounter on TikTok, the video went viral, and she said at least 20 other women reached out to her with similar stories.

“I’ve talked with others who were affected by Calese Crowder, who suffer from PTSD because of him, don’t feel safe going out because of him. And I want to know why the justice system isn’t taking this as seriously as it is,” she told Fox News Digital.

The repeat offender has been in and out of police custody since at least 2005, records show. He served time in state prison on burglary and robbery charges and on Tuesday pleaded no contest to peeping and prowling. He was freed from custody hours later despite a 60-day jail sentence under California’s laws.

He was arrested Friday after allegedly peeping into a family’s house, where there were children inside, Aug. 6. He was also released earlier this year partway through a one-year jail sentence for indecent exposure in Santa Clarita.

“This has been happening for over 13 years, so they either need to get him serious help by keeping him in a facility that will do that or keeping him in jail where he can’t harm anyone else,” Witter said.

Crowder Thursday, was arrested a day after Fox News Digital revealed his name did not appear on the state’s registry. This time, jail records show, he was held on $20,000 bond – but only briefly, before Gascon’s office declined to pursue the failure to register charge.

Another TikToker using the handle @artofethereality, posted a video in which she turned around and confronted a man, identified as Crowder, she found crouched behind her at the Burbank Barnes & Noble that she said she recorded in March.

“This is real s— us girls go through and needs to be taken seriously,” she wrote in the caption.

As of Sunday, Crowder had not been charged in the bookstore incidents.

Glendale Police, who have repeatedly arrested Crowder over the years only to see the criminal justice system put him back on the streets, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

They are still asking anyone with information on Crowder’s potential misdeeds to contact them at 818-548-4911.

“Glendale Police Department arrested Crowder yesterday on a misdemeanor charge of failing to register pursuant to Penal Code section 290,” the statement continued. “After careful review of the evidence, the office was unable to file any charges due to insufficient evidence as to the notice requirement.”

Gascon also said his office has been made aware of a viral video of Calese Crowder at the Barnes & Noble in Burbank. This incident is being investigated by the Burbank Police Department.

“No case has been presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office related to that incident,” he said. “There are no other cases against Crowder pending review with the office.”

Taylor Frankie Paul More News

Taylor Frankie Paul, the Mormon MomTok influencer who went viral last year after sharing her “soft-swinging” experiences, was arrested last week, officials said.

Paul, 28, was charged with three misdemeanors: assault, criminal mischief and domestic violence in the presence of a child, according to Salt Lake County Sheriff’s Office records. She was booked by Herriman, Utah, police at 1:56 a.m. on Saturday, records show.

Records also show Paul was released hours after her arrest. Representatives for Paul did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

A spokesperson for the Herriman City Police Department confirmed Paul’s jail booking to NBC News.

“Following her jail booking, detectives received additional video evidence related to this case that resulted in the case being referred to the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office for screening of felony assault charges against Ms. Paul,” the spokesperson said. “This evidence also suggests that during the incident, Ms. Paul’s minor child was injured by an action of Ms. Paul. Subsequently, our investigators are also screening a misdemeanor charge of reckless child abuse with the District Attorney’s Office.”

The police department also shared a news release about the incident on Twitter.

The Herriman City Police Department said in its statement: “Once the screening process is complete with the District Attorney’s Office, the case will proceed through the criminal justice system in either the Third District Court or the Herriman City Justice Court, depending on the decisions rendered during the screening process.”

Paul is a popular TikTok influencer with 4 million followers who rose to prominence as part of the Mormon mom community on the platform.

Last May, she went viral after revealing in a TikTok livestream that she and her then-husband, Tate Paul, were in a soft-swinging group with other MomTok creators, meaning they swapped sexual partners with other couples, but Paul said they agreed to not “go all the way.” Paul said that she “did step out of that agreement,” leading to her divorce and a few lost friendships.

In recent months, Paul has been open about her mental health struggles following her divorce, the soft-swinging fallout and a pregnancy loss she experienced with her boyfriend last year

Taylor Frankie Paul Other News

A Utah TikTok star with more than four million followers is facing charges after a domestic violence incident at a home in Herriman.

Taylor Frankie Paul, 28, was arrested and charged with one count of assault, one count of criminal mischief and one count of domestic violence in the presence of a child.

In addition, Herriman police said they are screening a misdemeanor charge of reckless child abuse following additional video evidence brought forward in the case.

A probable cause statement for Paul states that a neighbor called the police after they heard screaming and yelling coming from the home.

When police arrived at the home and began questioning Paul and the victim, police observed Paul “lunge at the victim and began pushing/hitting him.”

The individuals were separated and police identified Paul as the aggressor in the situation.

During an investigation, police learned the situation stemmed from an argument in which Paul “hit the victim multiple times and threw several household objects at him, including metal chairs and a wooden child playset,” court documents state.

The victim, who was not identified by police, complained of elbow pain following the incident, arresting documents state.

Paul’s child was in the home at the time of the argument and police said in a press release that a minor child was injured “by an action of Ms. Paul.”

Further details about the injury and the condition of the child were not made available.

Herriman police also explained that Paul’s status as a social media influencer will have “no bearing or impact on the investigation or outcome of the case.”

“All allegations of domestic violence are investigated thoroughly and in accordance with state law and established criminal justice best practices to protect victims and ensure accountability,” a statement reads in part.

Famous Twins More News

A pair of Mobile twins who are TikTok famous were arrested Thursday after they allegedly fired guns in a local park, wounding two people, including a teenage girl, police said.

The incident at Maitre Park was livestreamed, which Mobile’s top cop surmised was intentional and done to gain social media clout, according to Fox 10.

Consuela and Allie Jones are known as the Famous Twins through their handle @fam0us.twinsss on Instagram and TikTok, where they have a million followers.

Following a fight in Maitre Park, a livestream showed a woman firing gunshots as the crowd scatters, according to Fox 10.

A 16-year-old girl and a woman were injured from the gunfire and were expected to be O.K., the outlet reported.

Mobile Metro Jail records showed the twins were charged with second-degree assault in connection with the incident.

Mobile Police Chief Paul Prine told Fox 10 he hopes the livestream leads to more tips about the incident, although he said he was “disgusted” by it.

Prine said he believed cell phone cameras may have been rolling to help the twins gain even more of a following on social media.

“I think that it’s important to note that maybe in that particular incident that the video was intentional, and it was to gain attention. Either for social media or for some sort of reward whatever the case may be,” Prine said. “It seems like especially with the younger generation, they solicit some type of following or gathering from these types of incidents. But nevertheless, that’s an unfortunate incident, but the video certainly aided in developing the identity of the suspects as well.”

For one half of the Famous Twins, Thursday’s arrest was not their first brush with the law.

Consuela Jones, also known as Sway Bentley, found herself in Mobile Metro Jail in September on a slew of charges, including second-degree possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, pistol carrying with a permit, second-degree domestic violence and burglary.

The charges were filed following a fight between her and her sister.
