According to police reports Destiny Lenai Johnson and the victim had met through Tinder earlier in the month. When Destiny would later call the man and asked to meet her at a Miami hotel he agreed. Johnson would ask the man for money to fix her car and he gave her sixty bucks which is all the cash he had on him
Instead of being thankful Destiny Lenai Johnson would freak out, pour a flammable liquid inside of the victim’s car and lit it on fire
Thankfully the victim would survive the attack and now Destiny Lenai Johnson has been charged with attempted murder and a host of other charges

A Miami woman was arrested after police said she set her Tinder date on fire last month.
Destiny Lenai Johnson, 25, is facing charges of attempted murder, aggravated battery causing great bodily harm and arson, an arrest report said.
According to the report, the alleged victim said he met Johnson on Tinder back on Nov. 16.
He said he picked her up at a Holiday Inn Express on N. Kendall Drive and said they smoked marijuana together before he dropped her back off at the hotel.
On Nov. 25, he said he got a message from Johnson asking him to pick her up at the hotel but when he arrived, he said she told him she needed money to fix her car, the report said.
He said he offered her the $60 in cash he had on him and she became angry, yelling “you guys are out to get me!” the report said.
Johnson then started pouring liquid out of a one-gallon jug on the front passenger seat of his car that he said was yellow and smelled like gasoline, the report said.
Moments later, she pulled out a lighter and set the liquid on fire, which caused the car, the victim, and Johnson to be set ablaze, the report said.
The man was able to get out of the car and rolled on the asphalt to extinguish the flames, and Johnson fled the scene on foot, the report said.
His car became completely engulfed in flames.
A couple hours later, police found Johnson after receiving a report of a naked woman who was burned and who stated she blew up a vehicle, the report said.
Johnson was taken to a local hospital to be treated for her burns, and was booked into jail on Monday, records showed. Attorney information wasn’t available.

A Miami woman is facing serious charges, including attempted felony murder and arson, after allegedly setting her Tinder date on fire inside his vehicle.
Destiny Lenai Johnson, 25, is accused of igniting his car and him while he was inside of it outside of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, located at 11520 N Kendall Dr., on Nov. 25.
According to the arrest report, the incident unfolded when the victim received a message from Johnson on Tinder, requesting to meet up at the hotel.
Upon arrival, Johnson reportedly approached the victim’s vehicle, carrying a gallon jug and seeking money to fix her own car. Despite the victim offering her $60 to fix her car, police said the victim claimed Johnson’s demeanor shifted suddenly, leading to her pouring a liquid, resembling gasoline, onto his car’s front seat.
Johnson allegedly then produced a cigarette lighter, setting fire to the victim’s vehicle, himself and even herself. The victim managed to escape and extinguish the flames on his body, while Johnson fled the scene on foot.
Later, police said Johnson was found at a different location, burnt and naked, claiming she blew up a vehicle.
The Miami-Dade Fire Rescue responded to the scene, and Johnson, after being medically cleared at HCA Florida Kendall Hospital, was arrested.
She faces charges of aggravated battery, attempted felony murder and first-degree arson.
