Troubled comedian Andy Dick has been found guilty of sexual battery and now must register as a sex offender. According to court documents in 2018 Andy Dick would grab the groin of an Uber driver in Los Angeles California. Now Andy Dick along with registering as a sex offender, must spend 90 days in jail. attend 52 Alcoholic Anonymous meetings, 52 Sexual Compulsion Anonymous meetings, 12 mental health therapy sessions and pay restitution to the victim. This was not Andy Dick first arrest as the comic was convicted of sexual battery in 2019 and sentenced to 14 days in jail however only served a single day due to overcrowding. Andy Dick was also arrested just a few weeks ago for stealing power tools which he has yet to attend trial for.

Andy Dick has just been sentenced to 90 days in jail after he was convicted of sexual battery for allegedly groping an Uber driver. The comedian will also be forced to register as a sex offender.
According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, the comedian appeared in court on Thursday and faced the stunning decision that will ultimately land him behind bars.
During the hearing, Dick was told he would spend the next 3 months in L.A. County jail and would be forced to register as a sex offender. The comedian will have to complete 52 Alcoholics Anonymous sessions, 52 sexual compulsion anonymous sessions, 12 mental health counseling sessions, and pay restitution to the victim.
Dick was ordered to check himself into custody on November 17, 2022. Following his release, the comedian will spend the next 12 months on “summary probation,” where he can be monitored while he finishes the classes and counseling
In this case, Dick was busted after riding in an Uber back in April of 2018, and the driver of the car accused the comedian of reaching for and grabbing his crotch. At the time, the driver reported the incident to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, and after further investigation, Andy Dick was charged with misdemeanor sexual battery.
Unfortunately, Andy Dick is no stranger to allegations of sexual misconduct. The comedian was sentenced to 14 days in jail for sexual battery back in December 2019 for allegedly assaulting a woman on a sidewalk as he walked past. He avoided significant jail time for that case due to jail overcrowding.
On another occasion, Andy was tossed in the slammer after an altercation with his supposed ex-boyfriend who claimed he hit him over the head with a liquor bottle during an argument. Law enforcement responded to Andy’s Los Angeles home and determined there was enough evidence to arrest Andy on felony domestic battery.
That’s not all…the comedian even had an arrest back in May that was all live-streamed online! Andy was arrested for felony sexual battery in Orange County, CA after an alleged altercation with an adult male inside of a campground, who claimed the comedian sexually assaulted him. In this case, police arrested Andy Dick and even took the alleged victim’s pants as evidence.
Lastly, In Andy Dick’s most recent run-in with the law came after he was busted last month for felony burglary. In this case, he is being accused of stealing power tools from someone’s home that was under construction in Santa Barbara. According to reports, Andy was caught trying to flee the scene of the alleged crime and has since been charged with first-degree residential burglary.
The comedian has pleaded not guilty.
