Chenghai Xue Charged With Nephews Murder

Chenghai Xue has been charged with the murder of his nephew Cong Wang in Massachusetts. According to police reports following a court hearing regarding a restraining order Chenghai Xue would run over his nephew Cong Wang with his vehicle before shooting the man several times in the head. Apparently Cong Wang was sleeping with Chenghai Xue wife which led to the deadly encounter. Chenghai Xue has been arrested and charged with murder.

Chenghai Xue, the man charged with killing his nephew in a courthouse parking lot, will be arraigned Friday for murder.

According to Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan, Xue was at the Cambridge District Courthouse in Medford Thursday afternoon to get an extension of a restraining order against his 23-year-old nephew.ADVERTISING

But the judge denied his request, Ryan said, and Xue got into his car and ran down his nephew in the parking lot, pinning him.

“Mr. Xue exited the car with a handgun, leaned over the nephew and shot him multiple times,” Ryan said.

The nephew, who has not been identified, died immediately.

Xue’s attorney, William Barabino, said he heard the gunshots and ran outside and pinned his client down.

“I just very gently placed a knee on him and sort of rubbed his back,” Barabino said. “He was the type of guy you want working next to you. You know what I mean? So as a result, you’re sitting there going saying, ‘Wow, wow, I didn’t expect that.’”

Barabino said Xue, 44, had taken in his nephew in from China several years ago and then over the last few years that relationship soured.

More information is expected to be released at Xue’s arraignment Friday in Somerville District Court.

“People are always at the courthouse for incidents that are upsetting in some way,” Ryan said. “It’s already a place that’s a very heightened, tension situation. To have something like this unfolding particularly at the end of the day as people were leaving the courthouse — employees were leaving, other things were finishing — is extremely concerning.”

Tyler Zaugg Gets 32 Years For Infants Murder

Tyler Zaugg is a man from New York State who was just sentenced to 32 years in prison for killing his seven week old boy. According to court documents Tyler Zaugg would punch the seven week old boy several times in the head causing irreversible brain injury. The seven week old boy, Noah James Locke, was also punched several times in the torso causing a number of his ribs to break. The infant would die from his injuries. Tyler Zaugg would be arrested and charged with murder however with a plea deal with prosecutors he would plead guilty to manslaughter and be sentenced to 32 years in prison

Guilty pleas have been entered by the local man who caused the death of his infant son in Glens Falls last July, Warren County District Attorney Jason Carusone announced on Tuesday.

Tyler Zaugg, 20, pleaded guilty in Warren County Court to second-degree assault and first-degree manslaughter, both violent felonies.

The pleas stem from acts that Zaugg committed on June 29, 2021, through July 4, 2021.

He is expected to be sentenced to 32 years in state prison, followed by five years of post-release supervision.

Police said that Zaugg hit his infant son with a closed fist in the head and torso, causing a brain injury and cracked ribs.

On July 4, Glens Falls Police arrested Zaugg after responding to an EMS call at the Broad Street Commons apartment complex, 186 Broad St., which came in shortly before 6 p.m. Police said that officers observed the infant to have life-threatening injuries.

Officers believed that Zaugg had caused the injuries, according to police.

It was previously reported that Delaney Locke, Zaugg’s girlfriend and the mother of the infant, told police that Zaugg was watching the child while she was away at her mother’s residence.

Locke noticed the infant’s bruises at Albany Medical Center. She told police that Zaugg became upset when she asked if he knew what happened.

The child spent almost two weeks in the hospital before succumbing to his injuries.

Carusone thanked the law enforcement agencies that conducted a thorough investigation. Those agencies included state police and the Glens Falls Police Department.

Carusone also thanked medical personnel, 911 operators and first responders for the efforts made to save the child.

Zaugg waived his right to appeal, and Warren County Judge Robert Smith sent him to Warren County Jail pending sentencing, which is scheduled for the morning of April 7.

OnlyFans Courtney Clenney has been arrested for stabbing her boyfriend to death in Miami Florida. According to police reports Courtney Clenney, who is known as Courtney Tailor on OnlyFans, would stab her boyfriend Christian Obumseli in the shoulder. Christian Obumseli would be rushed to the hospital however the wound was fatal. Christian Obumseli would be arrested however she would make suicidal threats and would be placed in a mental health ward for her safety. As of now Courtney Clenney has not been charged with murder.

Miami police are investigating after a man was fatally stabbed at a Miami high-rise over the weekend in what officials are calling a domestic dispute.

The incident happened Sunday night at the One Paraiso luxury building at 3131 Northeast Seventh Avenue in Edgewater.

Detectives say this is a very active investigation. Local 10 spoke to friends who knew the couple very well and they detailed a very rocky relationship.

The trio of friends was very close to 27-year-old Christian Obumseli and his girlfriend, who they have identified as 25-year-old Courtney Clenney, an OnlyFans model and Instagram influencer.

When police reported that Obumseli was fatally stabbed by Clenney on Sunday inside their Miami apartment, the friends were left speechless.

“We’ve seen her hit him. I’ve never seen him hit her,” Ashley Vaughn said.

Officers say there was a struggle before Obumseli was stabbed in the shoulder.

He died at the hospital and investigators are still trying to figure out what happened and if Clenney acted in self-defense.

“From what we’ve personally experienced between the both of them, we believe that Christian wouldn’t put her in a position where she would need to stab him to protect herself,” Vaughn said.

One neighbor says that he has a clear view of the couple’s apartment and said a week before the stabbing, things were off and that Clenney was the one getting physically abused.

“I could not tell if it was open-handed or closed-handed, but he was swinging at her,” he said.

Police say in the past three months, they’ve responded to multiple disturbance calls at the couple’s apartment.

Their mutual friends are still trying to process what went wrong.

“Even that we really lost Christian only, it feels like we lost Courtney at the same time. We didn’t think this is how far it would have gone,” Tahki Banks said.

Following the stabbing, Clenney was detained and while at the police station, was threatening to kill herself.

Officers took her to the hospital where she was hospitalized under the Baker Act, and at the moment, she is not facing any charges.

A Manhattan jury found rapper Kidd Creole guilty of manslaughter Wednesday in connection with the 2017 fatal stabbing of a homeless man on the street

The rapper, whose real name is Nathaniel Glover, had gone on trial last month for the death of John Jolly, who was stabbed twice in the chest with a steak knife in midtown Manhattan in August 2017.

Prosecutors accused Glover, a founding member of Grandmaster Flash and The Furious Five, of stabbing the other man after becoming enraged because he thought Jolly was gay and hitting on him.

Glover’s attorney said it was out of self-defense. An email seeking comment was sent to the rapper’s attorney.

Glover, who had faced a murder charge, is scheduled to be sentenced on May 4.

Grandmaster Flash and The Furious Five formed in the late 1970s in the Bronx. The group’s most well-known song is “The Message” from 1982. They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2007, the first rap group to be included.

In 2017, he was arrested and indicted after stabbing a homeless man to death in New York City. The victim, 55-year-old John Jolly, was a stranger. Glover is expected to be sentenced on May 4.

The original police report alleged that Glover stabbed Jolly twice in the torso on August 1, 2017 at East 44th Street and 3rd Avenue. Glover fled the scene to his place of work, where he changed clothes, and then disposed of the knife in a sewer. The victim was found by tourists and taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Tammy Sytch who was known as Sunny back in her WWE days is suspected of driving under the influence in Florida and causing a crash that killed a 75 year old man. According to police reports Tammy Sytch was driving at a high rate of speed when her Mercedes Benz slammed into the back of another vehicle killing the elderly man. Those who are familiar with Tammy Sytch know that she has had drug and alcohol problems for years and has been arrested six times for DUI in the past. According to early reports police are awaiting for toxicology results to determine what charges may be laid.

WWE Hall of Famer Tammy ‘Sunny‘ Sytch was reportedly involved in a car crash last month that killed a 75-year-old man.

A traffic report from the Ormond Beach Police Department obtained by TMZ Sports on Wednesday (April 6) reports Sytch was driving a 2012 Mercedes when she collided into the rear of a 2013 Kia Sorento stopped at a red light in Volusia County, Florida on March 25, which caused the Sorento to crash into the rear of a 2011 GMC Yukon also stopped at the light.

Two witnesses told police the Mercedes was “driving at a high rate of speed” prior to colliding into the Kia, the document states.

The driver of the Kia was transported to a local hospital and later died from injuries sustained in the crash.

Sytch was also taken to the same hospital for unknown injuries, TMZ reports.

The driver and passengers in the Yukon also complained about neck, back, side and head injuries, however, were not transported to a hospital, police confirmed in the documents.

Sytch — who has previously been arrested at least six times for DWI, as well as being arrested earlier this year for threatening to kill a man with scissors — is believed to have been driving under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash.

The former WWE valet’s blood was taken to test for alcohol levels and results are still pending, TMZ reports.

Ormond Beach Police said the investigation is active as they are waiting for toxicology results, which could lead to criminal charges against Sytch.

The 49-year-old is credited as WWE’s original “Diva,” having achieved her greatest success in professional wrestling for the company in the mid-to-late 1990s.

Sytch was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2011.

Tammy Sytch was reportedly involved in a major car crash.

TMZ reports Tammy Sytch (known as Sunny) allegedly caused a car crash in which a 75-year-old man died. The police suspect she was under the influence of booze at the time of the wreck. A blood sample was taken, though the results of that test are still pending.

The accident happened at around 8:28 p.m. on March 25 on US Highway 1 in Volusia County in Florida.

According to the police documents, Sytch was driving a 2012 Mercedes when she crashed into the rear of a 2013 Kia Sorrento that had been stopped at a light. The front of the Kia then crashed into the rear of a 2011 GMC Yukon that had also been stopped at the light.

Officers say the driver of the Kia was transported to a nearby hospital, where he died from injuries suffered in the wreck. Sytch was also transported to the same hospital with unknown injuries.

In a statement to TMZ Sports, a spokesperson for the Ormond Beach Police Dept. said they are actively investigating the crash — and say toxicology results could ultimately lead to criminal charges against Sytch.

Sytch has been arrested at least six times for DWI.
