Police in Nebraska are searching for Aldrick Scott who is wanted in the kidnapping of Cari Allen. According to police reports Cari Allen was last seen on November 19 late at night. Police would track Cari Allen movement to Topeka Kansas where Aldrick Scott owned a home. Apparently someone had called Topeka 911 and said that Aldrick Scott had murdered his girlfriend however no name was given just that it was tied to a missing person. Now police are searching for Aldrick Scott for the kidnapping.

Authorities put out an arrest warrant on Wednesday for Aldrick Scott, 47, accusing him of kidnapping Cari Allen, 43, according to Omaha World-Herald in a Friday report.
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office in Nebraska did not immediately respond to a Law&Crime request for information on the missing woman’s and the suspect’s whereabouts. They have said that Allen, a local woman from Omaha, was last seen Nov. 19, at 11 p.m. This was at her home near 168th and Blondo Streets.
The search for her took investigators about a three-hour drive south to Topeka, Kansas, where they say Scott has a home. They searched the residence.
Scanner traffic showed that someone called 911 on Monday that Scott killed his girlfriend, according to the World-Herald. Authorities did not name the girlfriend, with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office just saying it was connected to missing person case.
Authorities reportedly towed a car from Allen’s home on Wednesday.
He is also charged with accessory to a felony.
Allen, who has a son, worked at Vodec, an organization providing services for people with disabilities.
“Cari Allen was the first supervisor of our Elm program in Omaha, Nebraska,” said a statement posted to their Facebook account. “She was at the center of what was then, the first program of its kind. She is loved by many of us in the disability community. We hope for her safe return.”
“The parents all thought that she was too young, too skinny, too inexperienced, and they just grew to love her,” Vodec CEO Steve Hodapp told KMTV. “She just really melted their hearts, I think.”
“First, I was shocked that anything would happen to Cari and then I was angry because she’s such a good person,” Clarion Campbell said. The outlet described her as a former colleague. “How could this happen to her?”
Cameron Joshua also known as Lil Cam has been arrested for gun possession in Houston Texas. What makes this particular crime news stand out is Cameron Joshua is also a suspect in the murder of rapper Takeoff murder which took place earlier in November 2022. Now Houston police have not officially named any suspects in Takeoff murder however a lot of speculation from Hip Hop news outlets are pointing towards Cameron Joshua as being one of the people responsible for the senseless murder. Takeoff was shot and killed in the early hours of November 1. In the immediate aftermath of the tragedy, Houston Police Chief Troy Finner and Sgt. Michael Arrington urged the public to help them identity a suspect in the beloved 28-year-old Migos rapper’s senseless murder. More recently, Kashara Marshall, Quavo’s sister and Takeoff’s aunt, took to Instagram to beg for the arrest of Takeoff’s killer.
As of today (November 27), Houston Police have still not publicly identified a suspect. However, according to HotNewHipHop and RapTV, 22-year-old Cameron Joshua (known as Lil Cam 5th) has been arrested by Houston’s Harris County Sheriff’s Office and handed a felony charge for “unlawful carrying weapons.” There is heavy speculation that this arrest is in connection to Takeoff’s investigation because Lil Cam 5th is alleged to have unlawfully had a handgun in his possession on the night of Takeoff’s death in Houston, though that connection has not been explicitly nor officially drawn
Takeoff died at 810 Billiards & Bowling in Houston. He was attending a private event with Quavo. Houston Police confirmed that an altercation during a dice game outside of the venue led to shots being fired, fatally striking Takeoff. His celebration of life took place at State Farm Arena in his hometown Atlanta on November 11.
Earlier this week, Chief Finner provided a vague update on the ongoing investigation to KPRC 2 (as noted by iHeart), noting he felt “confident” that a suspect will be brought to justice and dispelling any notion that his department’s manhunt was running dry.
“I feel good where we’re progressing,” he said. “You remember on that day, I met with his mother. I talked with that lady personally, made a promise and there’s a lot being said. We want all investigations on murders when people are being killed to move. But the main thing is we get it right. I do not want to send family members on a rollercoaster ride, and then we have to come back and say, ‘Whoa, that wasn’t the person.’ I want everyone to be patient and just understand there will be some justice here in Houston, Texas.”
Yonetsy Montriel Granado who was wanted in Texas for 2 counts of capital murder has turned himself in to police. According to police reports Yonetsy Montriel Granado would force his way into the home of his ex wife and would fatally shoot her and another man. Yonetsy Montriel Granado would also injure another man and a fifteen year old boy in the shooting that took place on Thankgiving. Yonetsy Montriel Granado is now facing a list of charges including 2 counts of capital murder and 2 counts of attempted murder.

A man accused of forcing his way into his ex-wife’s Spring Branch home on Thanksgiving and opening fire, killing her, another man and injuring multiple others has turned himself in, according to San Antonio police.
The shooting happened just after 9 p.m. Thursday in the 1500 block of Baggett Lane, according to a report from KSAT’s sister station in Houston, KPRC.
SAPD confirmed the suspect, Yonetsy Montriel Granado, 38, turned himself in at an SAPD substation around 9 a.m. Friday. He was detained without incident and is being held in the Bexar County Jail.
Houston police has been notified and Granado will soon be extradited to Houston, SAPD said. He’s charged with four felonies.
Authorities said the family had just finished eating Thanksgiving dinner when Granado forced his way in through a back door and fired multiple rounds inside the two-story home. He reloaded his weapon and continued firing, police said.
Granado’s ex-wife and another man were fatally struck by the gunfire, Houston PD said. Another man and a 15-year-old were also shot and taken to an area hospital. At last check, both were in critical condition.
“The families were celebrating. They just finished eating,” Houston Police Department Assistant Chief Patricia Cantu told KPRC.
Granado fled the home before officers arrived.
There were four other people inside during the shooting, but they ran into other rooms and were not injured, according to police.
Granado and the woman who was killed have a child together, authorities said. The investigation continues.
Chelsea Crompton is a woman from North Carolina who has been charged with the murder of her boyfriend’s four year old daughter. According to police reports emergency personnel rushed to the home where they would find four year old Hazel Lidey unresponsive. The little girl was rushed to the hospital where she was pronounced deceased three days later. After an investigation the police would arrest Chelsea Crompton and have charged her with murder. According to EMT Hazel Lidey had bruises on her body and injuries associated with trauma.

A woman was charged Friday for the murder of a four-year-old in Catawba County, according to the sheriff’s office.
Chelsea Crompton, a girlfriend of Lidey’s father, was apprehended without incident at a family member’s home in Madison County
Authorities responded to a home on Hill Haven Drive in Vale on Nov. 17 around 2:12 p.m., where they found the Lidey unresponsive.
She was taken to the hospital, where she died days later on Nov. 20.
“Our communities have been shocked by the senseless violence that caused Hazel’s death,” said Sheriff Brown. “We mourn with the Lidey family as they grieve the loss of their child. Justice for Hazel.”
Crompton is being held under no bond and has a first appearance on Monday, Nov. 28, in Catawba County District Court
Dimone Fleming is a twenty two year old woman from New York who allegedly stabbed her ten month old and her three year old sons to dead. According to police reports Dimone Fleming would stab the two boys repeatedly before putting them in the bathtub and covering them with clothes. When NYPD arrived at the scene, neighbour called due to her erratic behaviour , they initially did not find the two children however the father of the boys would make the discovery. Dimone Fleming would be arrested and brought to a local hospital. As of this writing the NYPD have not charged her with the murders of her two young children.

Heartbroken relatives of the 11-month and 3-year-old boys found fatally stabbed in an overflowing Bronx bathtub say their mother, suspected of killing them, is obsessed with demons.
“They were beautiful children and they did not deserve to die. It’s simple as that,” Beverly Hill, the paternal grandmother of 11-month-old victim Octavius Canada told the Daily News. “They were beautiful and they had no reason to die.”
Cops believe the boys’ mother, Dimone “Brenda” Fleming, stabbed them to death. Dimone Fleming, 22, is undergoing psychiatric care and has not yet been charged.
Octavius and his 3-year-old sibling, Daishawn Fleming, were found repeatedly stabbed in the neck and torso Saturday night in a family shelter on Echo Place near the Grand Concourse in Mount Hope, police sources said.
Octavius’ great aunt, Casey Canada, said Fleming had been talking obsessively about “demons.”
“She thought the kids were devils. She said she was afraid of them,” said Casey Canada, who looked after both boys and raised their father, Columbus Canada, like a second mother.
But Casey Canada was baffled why Fleming would allegedly take her children’s lives.
“She definitely loved them for sure,” Casey Canada said. “That wasn’t fake.
Fleming, who went by the nickname “Brenda,” clashed with her own relatives and Canada’s family, Casey Canada said.
“There wasn’t a moment I was around her she wasn’t loving with the children — but with adults she could change in a moment,” the great aunt said. “She just snapped.”
Cops were initially called to the scene because Fleming was acting erratically but didn’t find the young children, who were submerged in a bathtub covered with clothes and a bed sheet, sources said.
Octavius’ father, Columbus Canada, arrived minutes after police left and found the youngsters, then desperately tried to revive them before police returned.
Columbus has three other children from prior relationships who were all close to the murdered two boys, his mother said.
“How is he going to tell them? They’ve gotten close to these other children, to their brothers,” Hill said. “They can’t understand.”
“[Columbus] is not doing well at all. He can’t get over the fact that she did this. He don’t even understand what happened. Who would do something like this?” Hill added. “The whole family is like, ‘Why?’ If you got a problem, you could have said something to somebody. You don’t have to f—ing kill the kids.”
Canada works dutifully to support his children, Hill said, and his family barely had the chance to get to know know little Octavius.
“They liked to play with cars, they liked to play with trucks, they liked video games. They liked to go school and play with crayon,” Canada’s sister Shakira Canada said of the two slain boys. “They liked to go to the park. And now they can’t do any of that.”
Casey Canada helped raise her nephew Columbus, describing herself as like a second mom to him, and enjoyed visits from him and the two slain boys.
“Octavius would never cry — and you know babies, they cry about everything…. He was a happy go-lucky happy baby,” Casey Canada said. “Daishawn just wanted to play with toys. When he came over, he just wanted to play with blocks.”
Hill said she didn’t want to speculate on Fleming’s motives.
“I don’t know and I don’t care. All I know is that my grandkids are f—ing dead,” she said.
“They shouldn’t have died. That shouldn’t have happened. And her a– ain’t dead. She should have killed her own f—ing self.”
A mother is in custody after an 11-month-old boy and a 3-year-old boy were stabbed to death in the Bronx Saturday evening.
New York police responded to a call of an emotionally disturbed person at a family shelter apartment around 7:20 p.m. When they arrived, they found a 24-year-old naked woman acting erratic but not in a violent manner.
Officers were told the woman “was trying to burn items inside of the kitchen area,” Deputy Chief Louis De Ceglie of Patrol Borough Bronx said during a press briefing.
The woman was taken into custody for a psychological evaluation. Before leaving for the hospital, a family friend told officers the children were with their father.
The woman was taken from the premises at approximately 7:50 p.m. Roughly five minutes later, a second 911 call from the same location reported two babies not breathing. Officers returned to the apartment and found the boys with multiple stab wounds to their necks and torsos, unresponsive.
Officers and a family member tried to resuscitate the children while awaiting an ambulance, which took them to a hospital where they died, police said.
De Ceglie said the father is not in custody, and that the mother is in custody as a person of interest.
A mother has been charged with murder in the stabbings of two small children in a Bronx apartment, police said Monday.
Dimone Fleming, 22, is accused of killing 11-month-old Octavius Fleming-Canada and 3-year-old Dashawn Fleming, who were found with multiple stab wounds on Saturday in the apartment in the Mount Hope neighborhood were the family had been living. The children were pronounced dead at a hospital.
Fleming, the boys’ mother, was taken to a hospital for a psychiatric evaluation and arrested there Sunday, police said in a news release. It wasn’t clear if Fleming had an attorney who could comment on the charges against her.
The boy’s grandfather said he spoke to Fleming just an hour before the unthinkable happened. He’s been struggling, along with the rest of the Bronx community, to make sense of what happened.
“Something’s not adding up here,” Dwane Fleming told News 4 by phone from Pennsylvania. he told News 4 by phone Sunday. “I called her about an hour, hour and a half before it even happened. She let on that she wasn’t comfortable in her relationship.”

De Ceglie said officers and a family member tried to resuscitate the children while awaiting an ambulance, which took them to NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center where they died.
“It’s about two kids that got murdered. But the way I think about it, I’m losing three,” Fleming said.
Brittany Hudson is close with the family. Standing near the growing memorial outside the Mount Hope apartment complex, she still can’t believe what happened.
“The 11-month-old was new to the world, but the 3-year-old he was very smart, always sharing with my sons, that’s how they became close,” Hudson said.
The city’s Department of Social Services, which runs the family shelter where Fleming lived, issued a statement: “This is an incredibly heart-breaking and shocking tragedy. We offer our deepest condolences to all who have been impacted and stand ready to provide them with any support they need during this incredibly difficult time.”
The boys’ grandfather still does not know what happened, and said his daughter has never shown any behavior like what’s she been accused of doing.
“My grandbabies are innocent, they didn’t deserve this. I want justice to be done and served. And even if my daughter did this, she has to pay the consequences — but I’m not going to stop loving her as a father,” he said.
