Jedidiah Murphy was sentenced to death by the State of Texas for a kidnapping murder. According to court documents Jedidiah Murphy would force himself into a vehicle at gunpoint where he forced the 79 year old woman to a remote location where he forced her into the trunk of the vehicle. Later on Jedidiah Murphy would drive to another location where she was drowned in a creek. Jedidiah Murphy would later use the woman’s credit cards to buy tobacco and alcohol.
