Ashley Long and Christopher Gardner Murder 7 Month Old

Ashley Long and Christopher Gardner have been indicted in the murder of their seven month old son. According to police reports Ashley Long and Christopher Gardner would bring the 7 month old to a hospital where he was pronounced deceased. After an autopsy it was determined that the pair were responsible for the death of the infant. Upon further investigation of the three other children they had in their home police in Tennessee determined that the children had been abused and neglected. Now Ashley Long and Christopher Gardner have been charged with felony murder, two counts of aggravated child abuse, neglect and endangerment and there counts of child abuse neglect and endangerment, the TBI said.

Two parents from Oakland, Tennessee now face murder charges in connection to the death of their 7-month-old son, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI).

The TBI said that 29-year-old mother Ashley Long and 38-year-old father Christopher Gardner are responsible for the death of their son, 7-month-old Max Long.

Max Long was brought to a Memphis hospital by Ashley Long and Gardner on June 23, 2022, according to the TBI. The 7-month-old boy was pronounced deceased at the hospital.

While investigating the child’s death, agents identified the two parents as the people responsible for his death. Agents also suspect the pair of abuse and neglect of their three other young children inside of their home on Laurel Street in Oakland, Tennessee.

On Monday, November 28, 2022, the Fayette County Grand Jury returned indictments charging both Long and Gardner with felony murder, two counts of aggravated child abuse, neglect and endangerment and there counts of child abuse neglect and endangerment, the TBI said.

Both Long and Gardner have been in a Fayette County Jail since June 23. Bond for each of them is set at $1,000,000.

Tammel Esco Gets 17 Years For Punching Asian Woman Over 100 Times

Tammel Esco was just sentenced to 17.5 years in prison for attacking an elderly Asian woman and punching her 125 times. According to court documents Tammel Esco would start yelling at the 67 year old woman who was walking to her apartment in Yonkers New York. After screaming hate filled profanity at the woman he would visciously attack her causing bleeding on the brain and facial fractures. Tammel Esco would be arrested and would plead guilty to the assault with hate crime factors. Now Tammel Esco will spend the next 17.5 years in the New York Department Of Corrections.

A New York man who was caught on video punching an elderly Asian woman 125 times earlier this year was sentenced to over 17 years in jail in connection with the hate crime attack, officials announced Tuesday.

Tammel Esco, 42, was sentenced to 17.5 years in state prison and five years of post-release supervision in Westchester County Court in connection with the March attack, Westchester County District Attorney Miriam E. Rocah announced in a news conference.

In the brutal assault he called the woman of Filipino descent an “Asian b—-” and she was left suffering bleeding on her brain and multiple facial fractures.

He had pleaded guilty to first degree assault as a hate crime, a violent felony, in September.

“This is a case that has traumatized not only the victim and her family, but also her neighbors in the city of Yonkers, the broader Westchester community and the broader Asian American and Pacific Islander community really across the country,” Rocah said.

She said the victim and her family worked with the district attorney’s office all while recovering from her injuries.

In the March 11 attack, the woman was walking into her apartment building on Riverdale Avenue in Yonkers when Esco, who lived in the same building and was outside in front, yelled at her calling her a racial slur, Rocah said.

He then followed her as she entered the building and punched her in the head, knocking her to the ground, and continued to hit her over 100 times, stomped on her body, and spat on her “in a particularly vile act,” Rocah said. The incident was caught on the building’s surveillance camera.

Esco was arrested the same day and has been held without bail since the attack.

Jennifer Wu, one of the pro bono attorneys for the victim and her family, said the victim didn’t want to disclose her medical status and asked for privacy, “as we continue to heal and try return to our normal lives.”

“We appreciate the love and support of the community and the many people who were outraged by this hateful attack. Hate has no place in this society,” Wu said.

Yonkers Police Commissioner Christopher Sapienza said there was no relationship between the two, and the incident was an isolated attack.

“In 27 years of policing, this was one of the most violent and one of the most heinous crimes I’ve ever witnessed,” Sapienza said.

The victim appeared in court to read her impact statement revealing she had to leave her longtime home after the attack and feared for her life.

“Because of the viciousness and hate of Tammel Esco, I lost the place I called home for over 24 years, the place where I raised my daughters, and my longtime neighbors,” she said.

“As the attack happened, all I could think was, ‘Please Lord let me live, please Lord my daughters need me,'” she continued. “A complete stranger heartlessly spit, beat and kicked me over 100 times just because of my heritage… My only hope is that God and the criminal justice system will see fit to make sure this never happens to any other innocent family again.”

Timothy Olson Dating App Predator Arrested In Wisconsin

Timothy Olson is a man from Wisconsin who uses a dating app to meet women, then he would drug them and then take their personal possessions. According to police reports Timothy Olson is going to be charged with a long list of charges including kidnapping, burglary, identity theft and many more. Timothy Olson is also being investigated after a woman he gave drugs to would end up passing away. Needless to say police are looking for more victims of Timothy Olson. Oh the woman that he kidnapped was in her seventies.

Timothy Olson, a person of interest in a death investigation in South Milwaukee, has been arrested by Franklin police. The arrest came around 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 29 – hours after Olson was spotted at a business on S. 27th Street in Franklin Monday night.

The chief said an officer noticed a person matching Olson’s description pushing a bicycle in the area near 35th and Rawson in Franklin. As officers approached, Olson fled into a nearby condo complex. Officers pursued, caught up to Olson, and there was a brief struggle in which Olson had to be tased. Olson was then taken into custody.

“We’re absolutely glad he’s off the street – and we put a tremendous amount of effort in locating him,” Oliva said.

Olson is wanted in several jurisdictions for multiple alleged crimes. In addition, Chief Oliva noted Olson is now a suspect in a kidnappings and identity theft case involving a 79-year-old woman that happened in Franklin on Nov. 23.

“She was fine. She was very shook up to say the least,” Oliva said. “She was very relieved to hear that we took (Olson) into custody.”

Investigators also say Olson is involved in at least two burglaries in Franklin just prior to his arrest.

When Olson was captured, he complained of shortness of breath. He was taken to a hospital for observation – and is now in the Franklin lockup facility. Officials say he is being interviewed by detectives from Franklin, Racine, and South Milwaukee.

“I think it’s likely that there’s other victims – maybe some that are embarrassed to come forward,” Chief Oliva said. “Hopefully that he’s in custody now, if there are victims that, they’re more likely to call their local departments and report that.”

The chief punctuated the news conference by saying, “There’s no doubt that this person would continue to do what he did until caught.”

Racine police first warned the public about Timothy Olson in early November. Investigators say he’s meeting up with women he’s connected with on apps, drugging them and stealing money from them.

Olson has been linked to a woman in a bar who fell unconscious while in his presence. She was rushed to the hospital, where she later died. This incident occurred on Thursday, Nov. 17.

Officials say this is now the third woman that they know of, from other jurisdictions, who have ended up unconscious while being in Olson’s presence.

Olson currently has a warrant for five counts of Felony Personal ID Theft-Financial Gain out of Mount Pleasant Police Department.

Ahmad Shareef is a man from Pennsylvania who has been charged in a brutal murder where a woman’s head was cut from her body. Police on Wednesday released the name of the man accused of decapitating his wife in a gruesome afternoon incident that shocked neighbors.

Ahmad Shareef, 34, is charged with murder and other offenses in the incident, police say.

The victim, 41-year-old Leila Al Raheel, was pronounced dead before 1 p.m. Tuesday at a home on the 300 block of Magee Avenue. Later that day, police found Shareef hiding and he was taken into custody.

A knife was recovered from the scene.

A man is facing charges after investigators say a woman was found decapitated inside a Philadelphia home Tuesday afternoon.

The gruesome discovery was made at a property on the 300 block of Magee Avenue just before 1 p.m., according to police

Officers found a 41-year-old woman with a ‘severed head’ on the kitchen floor of the home, police said.

A man, later identified as 34-year-old Ahmad Shareef, was arrested blocks away from the house.

Prosecutors announced charges against Shareef hours after the brutal killing, including murder and abuse of a corpse. He is being held without bail.

Neighbors who spoke to FOX 29 claimed Shareef was known for lewd, bizarre and sometimes threatening behavior.

“The older I got, the more I could see something was wrong in that house,” Gabriel Ramirez said. “There are young girls in that house and I don’t know what they’ve had to endure their whole lives.”

Police say no children where home at the time of the gruesome murder. A witness reportedly helped identify Shareef, leading to a quick arrest.

“The adults in that house are completely unhinged,” one neighbor said. “It’s a house of horrors, I feel bad for those children, it’s devastating.”

Missing Woman Eleni Kassa Found In Trunk Of Car

A missing woman from Tennessee, Eleni Kassa, body was found in the trunk of a car in Michigan following a police chase. According to police in Detroit officers attempted to pull over a vehicle driven by Dominique Hardwick, 36, of Lebanon, Tennessee. who would take off. Soon after Dominique Hardwick would be involved in a crash and instead of being arrested Hardwick would fatally shoot himself. The body found in the trunk of a vehicle that crashed at the border of Detroit and Dearborn has been identified as a missing woman from Tennessee.

Michigan State Police have identified the woman found in the trunk, as well as the driver who was fatally shot after a chase and ended in a crash and a shooting on Sunday.

According to Michigan State Police and the Murfreesboro Police Department, the woman found in the trunk of the vehicle that crashed has been identified as Eleni Kassa, 31, who was reported missing to Murfreesboro police on Nov. 18.

The driver of the vehicle has been identified as Dominique Hardwick, 36, of Lebanon, Tennessee.

Officials say that the autopsy results for Hardwick are consistent with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The circumstances surrounding Kassa’s death have not yet been determined.

Detectives are still interviewing witnesses, including a passenger who was detained and taken to a hospital after the crash.

“Our thoughts and prayers go out to Eleni’s family and the community of Murfreesboro,” Michigan State Police said in a tweet

Kassa was first reported missing to Murfreesboro police by family members after she failed to pick up her daughter from school, officials say.

Murfreesboro police conducted a missing person’s investigation, which revealed a possible domestic incident between Kassa and her girlfriend, Hardwick.

Kassa’s cellphone and car were left at her apartment after an argument between the two.

Murfreesboro Police Criminal Investigations Division (CID) conducted a weeklong search for Kassa, which included two K-9 searches and interviews with family members and witnesses.

The license plate and vehicle information of Hardwick’s black Dodge Charger was entered into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) database.

Almost 10 days after the missing person’s report, the Dearborn police spotted the vehicle and attempted a traffic stop.
