Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Bill Manson has confirmed through conclusive scientific evidence that death row inmate Anthony Apanovitch brutally raped and murdered Mary Anne Flynn in 1984.
Mason says, “For over twenty years, the Flynn family has endured Apanovitch falsely professing his innocence in the media. During this time, Apanovitch consistently insisted that the State framed an innocent man, but he refused to participate in any DNA testing,” Mason continued. “Now we know why.
