William Silvia was sentenced to death by the State of Florida for the murder of his estranged wife. According to court documents William Silvia would go over to the home of Patricia Silva and would shoot and kill her with a shotgun. Florida Supreme Court on Thursday upheld the conviction and death sentence of a homeless man who killed his estranged wife in 2006 at her Seminole County home.
